Balanced Body Sitting Box Riser (Home Exercise Equipment)

To assemble, simply slide one of the large wood pieces of the riser platform into the other piece, and it's ready for you to place your box on top. Once your workout is complete, break it down flat for convenient storage against a wall or under your Pilates equipment. The nonslip grips ensure that you can use the riser on most flat surfaces, and the special cutout in the base helps you quickly pull the sitting box off the riser.
