The Balansit is a dynamic and active sitting device, engineered to provide effortless, natural posture. Made of specially-shaped foam, the base of the Balansit is made up of two curves. One encourages the user to find balance front to back, and another to find balance side-to-side. The seat saddle helps support the pelvis in a more "neutral" position.

Balansit is designed for everyone. We sit for longer now than ever before. How can you "exercise" while sitting? Unstable devices activate your Core and help increase response. Balansit improves posture and helps us breathe better… and diaphragmatic breathing has been shown to reduce stress & improve concentration.

We recommend starting at 5 minute intervals and building up to 30 minutes. It is not recommended to sit longer than a 30-minute interval on Balansit. The Balansit is engineered so the user needs to find "Balance" front to back (sitting upright v slouching or over extending) and side to side (Sitting to one side or another creating asymmetrical loading of the spine and pelvis). The Saddle provides enough support for the sitting bones to hold the Pelvis in a more optimum position for sitting.
